Commission Status: OPEN for Personal Use
OPEN for Twitch, merchandise, picture book, and any other commercial use
01 GENERAL TERMS
• Prices are subject to change based on demand and complexity.
• I have the right to cancel the commission.
• Additional charges may apply for complex designs and additional accessories.02 PAYMENT
• Before I reserve you a slot, I must receive half or full payment.
• The remaining balance must be received before sending the final piece.
• Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.
• Payment is through PayPal for international clients and GCash for local clients (Philippines).03 PROCESS AND DELIVERY
• Once started, the commission can take 3 days to 1 month.
• It may take longer depending on your spot in the queue and how fast you respond to my messages.
• I will always update you about the process once I start working on your commission.
• I will send you the final piece through Gmail.04 REVISION
• Two revisions are allowed for the sketch and color. There will be no more revisions after that.
• A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing–unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.05 COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
• I retain all copyrights for all commissioned work.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio as well.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork online, but don't forget to tag me.
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• Do not claim the artwork as your own.06 CANCELLATION AND REFUND
• Once I started working on the commission, the buyer is not allowed a refund.
• If you cancel it before I start, you can get a full refund.07 WHAT DO YOU GET?
• Full-resolution file (350 dpi) of the final drawing with my trademark.
• Transparent PNG.
